As the sole team member, I pioneered Oatly's North American event strategy, orchestrating 15 successful tradeshows annually and planning grassroots marketing activations across the US. I managed the design process, from creating comprehensive product/project briefs and meticulously tracking samples and feedback to ensuring products moved smoothly into production while promptly resolving schedule-related issues. I also spearheaded the development and implementation of an efficient special quote process, collaborating closely with Supply Chain and Engineering to assess feasibility, timing, and cost-effectiveness, and proposing solutions that gained approval. Creative Project Manager/Producer, New York, NY

I efficiently managed the CAPEX budget (ranging from $250K to $5M), ensuring the successful execution of various buildouts, from design concept to store/office opening. This encompassed transforming spaces to align with Chobani's new brand guidelines, sourcing real estate for new locations, and representing Chobani in interactions with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. My responsibilities extended to overseeing the launch of Chobani's flagship store, multiple cafes, and offices across the country, as well as providing design and construction guidance for corporate offices globally. Additionally, I handled the production of corporate apparel, stationery, printed materials, retail packaging, tradeshow booths, and recruitment efforts, while also developing and executing campaigns to drive business to Chobani Café.
